Yoga with Natalie

Yoga is for everyone. It's not about twisting yourself into unusual shapes. It's about working within the capabilities of your own body. We work with where you are at right now.

We teach traditional postures with some slight adjustments for modern alignment principles that contribute to your health and well being. The greatest thing about yoga is that it can leave you feeling both relaxed and energised at the same time.
