Yasmin - Yin Yoga Teacher

Yasmin came to Yin yoga about 7 years ago, finding respite, from a particularly busy and stressful working life. She found that Yin was the only time that her mind settled and body relaxed. 

Yasmin has studied with Hugh Lee, Karin Sang and Markus Giess.

In this age of being on and connected, Yasmin wholeheartedly believes that everyone needs more time to slow down, listen to the body and mind and come into stillness - and spend more time at the beach.
