  Learn simple self treatment techniques that teach you to use grippy pliable balls to eradicate your aches and pains and reform your body from the inside out.  It helps you with 3 P's: pain, posture and performance - erasing pain, improving posture and enhancing performance.  It helps to identify body blind spots that  are catalysts for pain and injury.  These areas are often overused, underused, or misused and need to be felt, seen and heard by you.

About Your Trainer

Natalie's life long love of learning has taken her on a journey to study with many people throughout the world in all manner of modalities.   Her rolling and fascia explorations led her to Master studies with the famous fascia researcher Dr Robert Schleip in Germany.  Last March, Natalie studied the latest in rolling research with Roll Model Method creator Jill Miller.  For more information on her experience and qualifications:
