Our Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell, and Core & Stretch classes are designed to achieve stronger and more flexible bodies

We focus on moving more and restoring your body to its natural alignment - helping improve natural performance, reduce the risk of injury and disease, and relieve pain.   We use a movement and body alignment model of wellness taught by biomechanical scientist Katy Bowman at Nutritious Movement in the USA.

Natalie and Bob have been so welcoming at Well Aligned since I first joined up. I absolutely love the Pilates class and the yoga class where Natalie is an amazing teacher and always teaching something new every week. I love that you can go at your own pace but still push yourself.

Well Aligned offers a variety of classes that are constantly being adapted and refined to suit the needs of its participants. All of the teachers are passionate and committed to ongoing learning and development.

The owners, Natalie and Bob, promote a sense of inclusion and belonging. They run regular workshops on a wide variety of topics including: self-massage with roller balls; positive psychology and meditation; and ‘fixing your feet’.
