At Well Aligned our Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell, and Core & Stretch classes are designed to achieve stronger and more flexible bodies.  We focus on moving more and restoring your body to its natural alignment - helping improve natural performance, reduce the risk of injury and disease, and relieve pain.   We use a movement and body alignment model of wellness taught by biomechanical scientist Katy Bowman at Nutritious Movement in the USA.  

I’ve been doing yoga regularly for over 14 years. Recently discovered Well Aligned, which is the best studio I’ve ever visited, and I’ve spent months or years at many other studios. I love the changing, varied program which focuses on a different area each week. I can’t recommend Well Aligned highly enough.

I joined Well Aligned a few months before my 50th birthday in the hope of improving my health outcomes. My GP had told me that it would be harder to lose weight after 50 and my physio had said that I needed to work on my core strength and flexibility. I have been so pleasantly surprised. It has now been over 18 months and I feel fitter and more toned than I did in my 40s.

Natalie is a passionate and highly experienced practitioner who is constantly striving to expand her knowledge of the human body. Together she and Bob have created a warm, caring, dynamic community atmosphere. Natalie and Bob have been so welcoming at Well Aligned since I first joined up. I absolutely love the Pilates class and the yoga class where Natalie is an amazing teacher and always teaching something new every week. I love that you can go at your own pace but still push yourself.
