Kettlebell Yoga – A winning combination. Kettlebells allow us to move dynamically in all planes of motion using muscles like we do in everyday activities. Our yoga focuses on strengthening and lengthening muscles and improving alignment. The combination is a great whole body work out designed to fit you for life’s physical challenges.
Mat Pilates - We favour a classical approach to Pilates. Our aim is to help you feel stronger, taller and more energetic after a class.
