Classes at Well Aligned

I really enjoy the Yoga and Pilates classes at Well Aligned. Natalie is a wonderful teacher who really cares about every person in the class. I sit all day in an office and used to have lower back pain but now the pain has disappeared.

Yoga

We believe yoga is for everyone.  It's not about twisting yourself into unusual shapes.  It's about working within the capabilities of your own body.  We work with where you are at right now.

  • Yoga - We teach traditional postures with some slight adjustments for modern alignment principles that contribute to your health and                   well being.  The greatest thing about yoga is that it can leave you feeling both relaxed and energised at the same time.|
     
  • Yoga Flow - connection between movement and breath using traditional yoga postures with some adjustments for modern alignment principles.  Designed to create leaner, stronger and more flexible bodies whilst also improving health and well being.
     
  • Kettlebell Yoga – A winning combination.  Kettlebells allow us to move dynamically in all planes of motion using muscles like we do in everyday  activities.  Our yoga focuses on strengthening and lengthening muscles and improving alignment.  The combination is a great whole body work out designed to fit you for life’s physical challenges.

Pilates

  • Mat Pilates - We favour a classical approach to Pilates.  Our aim is to help you feel stronger, taller and more energetic after a class.

Core & Stretch

I highly recommend Well Aligned! Have been going to Well Aligned for a few months now and absolutely love the classes. I’m feeling healthier, stronger and more aware of my body. Natalie always challenges you no matter which level you are at and is really dedicated to helping you use your body correctly.
