Why kettlebells? Natalie has fallen in love with kettlebells.and believes they are great for improving your health and fitness. More importantly, kettlebells provide functional exercise. Often the term functional is used to describe exercise that has a direct relationship to the way we move in everyday life. We do not carry kettlebells around in every day life so why do we say they provide functional exercise? Kettlebells allow us to move dynamically by including bending and twisting in the exercises -using muscles like we do in everyday activities.
