Last weekend we had a special teacher visiting us from Perth – well actually Kristin is all the way from Canada but having a spell in our west. It was a huge treat for me to sit back and watch and learn – and learn I did – so many great things which will be coming your way soon.
Saturday saw us participate in the Let’s Get COREganized workshop (using 23 centimetre Coregeous balls). Funnily enough there was a bit of groaning but there were smiles all around when we finished. There’s so many great things you can do on a squishy ball. Also the class helped me clean and polish the floor with the things we were doing on the blankets (care centred exercises that is).
Sunday was a small group of dedicated yoga teachers/body healing nerds doing the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls all day workshop. Kristin was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about everything that we asked loads of questions and went waaaay overtime (we thought we’d be finishing up early).
